Produced by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), these medicines education modules are designed for healthcare professionals who are routinely involved in decision making about prescribing, supplying or administering medicines. They are available online and are free of charge.
CPD e-learning module on reporting suspected adverse drug reactions
The MHRA have created a free e-learning module for all healthcare professionals to learn about the importance of reporting suspected adverse drug reactions (ADRs). The module is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
Medicines education modules
These modules are being developed by the MHRA to highlight important hazards of commonly prescribed classes of medicines. They also cover specific risks and how to prevent or minimise them when prescribing, dispensing or taking these medicines.
